We are looking for an experienced IT Director to oversee all IT (Information Technology) functions in our company. You will be in charge of a team of IT managers and manage the company’s technology operations and the implementation of new IT systems and policies. You will design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures. The IT Director will ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems. You will act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy. You will identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time. The IT Director will audit systems and assess their outcomes. You will preserve assets, information security, and control structures. You will handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks, etc. They will have experience in controlling information technology budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness. The IT Director will have excellent organizational and leadership skills, outstanding communication abilities, and a problem-solving mindset. A BSc/BA in computer science, engineering, or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus. Professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are an advantage.
